We identify the chronic disease patients that are on long term medication, further we deeply understand their hurdles on refilling their medicines and after counseling based on their interest we onboard them on our platform.

Message from our customer

I am Shakuntala, living in a remote village in Maharashtra. I suffer from a heart disease and need to take daily medicine to manage my condition. It was tough for us to refill my medicines. My husband had to take leave from his daily livelihood work and travel around 50 KM to the city just to refill my medicines. Many times, it led to missing my medicine dosage and made me scared of the possibility of my disease becoming critical.

Thankfully, Aarodaas has solved my and other villagers' problems by providing us with a simple local language app. The app allows us to save our medicines, create our own cart, and order our medicine with doorstep delivery service.

My husband has a smartphone, and he uses the Aarodaas app to order monthly medicine for me. For the last 08 months, I have been using Aarodaas products and services. Dayanand is a first-generation graduate and impact entrepreneur, with core 14+ years of experience in the Public Healthcare Domain. He has worked in corporate sectors like Apex, Cipla Sava, and NGO sectors on different healthcare projects. Daynand’s corporate & public health domain experience is helping Aarodaas build innovative human-centric products with scale & speed.

A Computer Science BTech from IIT Madras and PhD from the University of Maryland, Gaurav has over fifteen years of experience in building computer vision and machine learning solutions in both academic and industrial settings. He worked as the head of Data Science at Ola Cabs and as a Senior Research Scientist at Yahoo Labs. Gaurav is our Adviser from our early revenue to growth stage, helping us to build a product at scale.

LMS ASSOCIATES - Opportunity

We onboard an entrepreneur mindset, enthusiast Male or Female candidate as our Last Mile Service Associates. We train them to do different unique rural user persona focused online and offline Brand promotion campaigns and medicine delivery to the users doorstep. We support them to earn 20,000 to 25,000 Rupees monthly with appropriate materials and training.

Meet our LMS associates

Shankar S, Dhanraj, Pallavi Shankar K, and Pallavi have been working as LMS Associates for the past year. All of them hail from rural village backgrounds. Previously, Shankar S, Shankar K, and Dhanraj migrated to an urban city in search of jobs and stayed there for around two years. However, it was challenging for them to manage their basic living expenses in the city with minimum wages.

They seized the opportunity to become LMS Associates with Aarodaas and returned to their villages. For the past year, they have been working from their native homes, earning between 12,000 to 15,000 Rs monthly. In their spare time, they contribute to farming activities, helping their families.

When asked what motivated them to become LMS associates with Aarodaas, they immediately expressed their excitement about finding employment/work in a village. They highlighted the opportunity to assist people they have known since childhood and cherish the time spent with their families.
